This Specialization is well suited for managers, leaders, team members and others who work in diverse environments that require effective teamwork and communication with a wide array of stakeholders, both inside and outside your organization. In this Specialization, you will encounter practical, engaging relationship labs in which you must navigate challenging interactions with animated characters who represent a diverse range of perspectives, roles and interests. You will receive instant, practical feedback on your approaches to these interactions, including whether your approaches tend to be passive, aggressive or appropriately assertive.

Learners will participate in a series of relationship labs in which they must attempt to meet objectives through interactions with animated characters who represent a diverse range of perspectives, functional roles and interests. Through these interactions, learners will receive instant, practical feedback on your approaches to these interactions, including whether their approaches tend to be passive, aggressive or appropriately assertive. Learners can apply what they learn to provide feedback to team members and others, resolve conflict, encourage collaboration, and impose consequences, when needed.
