Learners will apply their knowledge of professional behavior and office interaction, patient intake and HIPAA compliance, and medical records management to review three case studies related to the Medical Administrative Assistant role. Learners will provide peer review on each other's work, which will allow them to compare how they respond to the case studies with how their peers responded to the case studies.
