Partnered with a leader Grant Management System provider in the Professional Services team for almost 3 years, I went from an automation implementation engineer to team lead of the technical implementation engineering team, and my most relevant challenge was coordinating and training new hires during company acquisition of another platform. Led Technical Implementation engineers, enrolling/training new hires, evaluating technical feasibility of new SOW, working with management and customers.

Joined Gearplug as a mid level engineer, I worked back to back with the team to bring improvements to the platform’s backend services, challenges included giving proper support to multiple services ensuring data could be migrated between them, much like Zapier or n8n.
