The MDS program at the University of Pittsburgh is a fully online program, delivered by the same expert faculty who teach on-campus. As an MDS student, you have the flexibility to learn at your own pace and on the device of your preference. Throughout the program, you’ll cultivate practical skills through coursework and projects through multidisciplinary approaches, responsibly using big data in practical scenarios to solve real world problems.
You’ll participate in live classroom sessions with professors, collaborate with peers on group projects through platforms like Zoom and Slack, and have direct access to instructors during scheduled office hours.
