Dr. Patty Malone is a leading authority in communication in the workplace and holds a Ph.D. in Communication Studies along with her Masters and Bachelors in Speech Communication. She developed the curriculum for the Organizational Leadership and Communication Certificate at the University of California at Irvine (UCI) and currently teaches organizational communication and conflict resolution at California State University Fullerton as well as UCI.
