In this module, we will explore tips and tricks for writing effective emails, how to stop emails from dominating your time, and the dos and don’ts of email and texting. We will close the module by listing strategies to improve our personal email communication styles.

Welcome to Module 4, Collaborate Through Digital Tools. This module features a guest interview with esteemed expert Chris Ruoff. We will address various practical digital tools and their applications to enhance engagement and participation within virtual teams and meetings. This module will conclude with a scenario-based, cumulative final exam that covers all topics discussed in courses 1-3 of the Remote Leadership for Managers specialization.
