Amazing how much I learned watching videos with all the exact words. Not only about nutrition, but about our planet and how to take care of it. Also very inspiring for having ideas for foods for kids.

Many of the recipies should avoid chicken broth, we don't want to add artitificial flavor and sodium. Cook chicken could be enough.

It is nicely prepared & delivered, but it is very very basic. So only for people with no or very little knowledge on nutrition.

I find it great course, but using nutella and aluminium foil paper were not healthy to include in the course .

It is quite basic, and easy to be learned. I think it is better to have more recipes, like a week plan, etc.
