About the Course

Collaboration is not just the act of working together. It goes beyond that. Through collaboration, you can accomplish much more than what you would if you worked alone. Having the skills to communicate with the people you are working with and being able to work as a team towards your goal are just some of the skills you will learn in this course to help you collaborate effectively in the workplace. In today's day and age, collaborating as a group does not just mean being able to see and communicate with each other in person, collaborations are done virtually all the time. This short course will teach you about some of the obstacles you may face while virtually collaborating with people and how to overcome these barriers with teamwork. In order to collaborate successfully, you have to be able to recognize and apply different methods of communication. Collaborating involves working with other people, and when working with others you need to be able to understand their behaviors and how to effectively work together as a team in order to reach your goal. This short course will help you develop the foundational soft skills to enhance the way you collaborate with your team, others in your company, business partners, and clients. This course is part of the People and Soft Skills for Professional and Personal Success Specialization from IBM....

Decent material but your testing should better match the content. If you test based on scenarios or definitions, it's a good idea to provide some of that in the course material presented.

La traducción del Ingles al Español no fue la esperada. En función de la teoría brindada, las preguntas daban pie a mas de una respuesta.

All the videos are extremely short and full of blah-blah, the relevant learning content is only given in written form, so this course is like reading a book. And what have I learned in this course? Some theoretical stuff, but nothing relevant for my job. This course might be interesting for coaches or teachers, but not for engineers in small r&d teams.

No me gusto mucho porque la traducción en algunos temas no estaba, se nota el poco esfuerzo, ya que no tenía un instructor que me explique mejor el tema. ¡Falto calidad!

Frankly confusing. Tests' answer are contradictory and it's unclear where in the course some of the question's answers are discussed.

It's too short and the AI voice and pace is not up to coursera's other courses

I already finish this course but is not in green in my pathway

It focuses on barriers to collaboration instead of how to collaborate successfully. Which is, I suppose, a way of instruction on collaboration . However it never goes into depth on the barriers in the material and then askes in depth questions on the quizzes. It feels like entire sections are missing.

There is no Arabic language and this does not make me happy to pass the test, even I am not fluent in English, so please have Arabic there
