The course on corporate governance material presented by Mr. Pawel Mielniczek was very helpful in developing my knowledge of good corporate governance. the material was presented clearly along with questions and answers in order to train the memory of the discussion that had been previously presented.

It was a precise introduction to the subject. It would be great if additional resource materials such as examples or drafts be provided.
