Artificial intelligence is increasingly shaping our daily interactions, from virtual assistants to personalized recommendations. Chatbot key statistics show (Press, 2023), in 2022 that 88% individuals have had atleast one conversation with a chatbot and 35% of users prefer to use chatbots to resolves their complaints. Using AI identities to engage with customers in authentic and trustworthy way is becoming more important than ever.
This short course was created to help professionals in AI development, UX/UI design, business and ethics accomplish the task of crafting authentic AI identities while considering ethical implications. In this 2-hour long course, you will learn how to understand user needs and preferences, define AI personality and voice, implement multimodal expressions, address bias and fairness, ensure privacy and data protection, promote transparency and accountability, and navigate human-AI interaction ethics. By completing this course, you'll be able to enhance user experiences with AI interactions, mitigate bias and ensure fairness in AI systems, and navigate ethical considerations in AI identity design, empowering you to create AI identities that resonate with users and uphold ethical standards. This project is unique because it combines practical strategies for crafting authentic AI identities with ethical considerations, providing learners with a holistic understanding of AI identity design.
