Good overview of how the Digital Thread is utilized in organizations to cut costs and improve operations and customer service. Good resources.

My only complaint is that some of the videos either did not load or did not work. Some of the videos were also dated as is some of the material. When it comes to computing technology you can't teach 5 or 6 year old material.

Quite a few of the resources are no longer available, and occasionally the self-check quizzes include questions relating to topics not yet covered. This whole course could use a scrub through.
