I liked the focus on customer service and how the course emphasized the importance of empathizing with customers and knowing when and how to triage or escalate issues.

I believe the course cover very basic outline of the healthcare IT support, few details around improving the experience using analytics wall could have been interesting.

Withouten even spending more than five minutes in the course I was able to make the final quiz without any mistake. The questions are very bad stated and the answer can be found by just looking at the given answers without mowing the question.

After completing this course then i am confident to say that i am fit to work in an Healthcare industry as a support personnel and yes i know about baby steps of diving into a new field but i am willing to take the chances and that was what made me to enrol for this certification.
