Excellent course specially for people handling teams. Various aspects of handling and building a team were discussed and focus on problems faced by teams and solutions through live examples are shared which are really helpful.

I would fix some of the reads which you have to pay for, and the interview at the end of chapter about emotional intelligence which could explain better the topic.
