Decent intro to security concepts and terminology. Not sure if Incident Response should have a whole chapter but its good to include. The final exam has 2/15 questions with incorrect answers which is a bit annoying, but you can still pass without them.

A few of the questions on the final exam need to be corrected in the system, but overall, it is a decent course for learning the basics.

This is a "you get what you pay for" kind-of course. Delivery of content was poor. It felt as though so much more of this course was to have presentation slides when 90% of the videos were of the instructor speaking. Some of the content was not adequately explained nor provided proper context in line with check-as-you-go questions.

Questions on the exam were not within the recap of each lesson! Why take notes then?

Good refresher with easy to understand references. The course only touch the basics, so not worth paying to get the certificate. No real depth to the lessons. Hence, I would not agree with the pricing. It's way overpriced.

Okay delivery but the test has incorrect answers e.g. 15 the correct answer is Incident Report, but this is marked as incorrect.

This course helped me to build my fundamentals about cybersecurity. It taught me how our data can be attacked by hackers and how to save/protect the data from them with best possible methods. How to respond on the situation which is made when we are attacked.

Thinking like a hacker is difficult--this course opens up a world that will keep you on high alert when clicking on emails, links, and logging into computer systems. I can begin to use these fundamentals in personal activities or business functions.
