This course is manageable and in depth with the mental challenges that children face in the classrooms and how to manage them. I recommend this course to anyone interested in working with children.

Questions in the quizzes aren't well constructed (example: True/False questions are asked in a Yes/No format) and are rather ambiguous without much context. lacking in details (example Qn 6 in Quiz3_week3. It be helpful to include: There are 6 symptoms demonstrating difficulties in learning. What is the rank of difficulty in spelling...)

Some of the knowledge tested is not applicable to course participants who aren't in the American system. Perhaps a different set of questions to cater to an international enrolment???

This course has made me more aware and well-informed about how to manage a student with a Concussion by making the lesson within the classroom more student-friendly and using various assessments to help the student. In our classrooms, we have students with learning disabilities and provision should always be made to help students cope and be successful within the school. As long as the disability has been identified changes can be made.

This online course was very informative. The research information is a nice addition. The only things I didn't like was the example on how to write two word answers. It wasn't clear to me. You have to write the correct answer as well as the words in the sentence. example "and" if its there. Overall great course.

Wonderful resources to explore through, especially as a beginner, given the time and effort to put in, I recommend noting down almost everything. I only give this 4/5 stars because I wanted to explore a little more of the neuroscience aspect of it but it doesn't stray away from being an amazing course.

This course allowed me to identify the difference between ADHD and Autism. I have much appreciation for the diverse personalities and different acceptance of the different behaviour in a school. I learned a lot and I am confident that I will be to transfer this knowledge in the school setting.

Thank you! Very informative and well-organised courses about the pathology, symptoms and diagnosis of these 4 behavioral conditions. It would be even more helpful if you could add possible ways in which a teacher can adjust his/her lesson in order help students that suffer from them.

It's a good course for beginners. The knowledge is quite basic, but the course is well made. interesting videos and reading sources. As a practising special educator, I didn't get any new information, I would say take this course if you are interested in special needs.

I'm padmashree and I run a montessori. The course has helped me to get a fair Idea of all these disabilities. Since we come across a few children with these disabilities, I will be able to recognise these challenges and guide the parents accordingly.

Well-made course, however not challenging, and very basic. 1 week per topic does not make you an expert, but gives an idea of signs to look out for as a teacher or other person dealing with children.
