This felt like a solid course with a lot of tangible information. The Week 2 Quiz was a challenge and I had to perform the calculation queries on Excel to get the right answers--turned out that when I tried doing calculations separately on a calculator that I got an EOQ value off by less than an integer, which was enough for me to fail the quiz several consecutive times. Lesson learned! I finished this course knowing a lot more about Excel, Sigma Six, and Toyota assembly worker history than I did before!

Relevant, accurate, and helpful material. The Videos, with Learning Opportunities embedded in, are great. However, very much dislike the method of submitting peer-graded assignments: 3 text blocks are not in correct order and do not all have equal functionality. Why have a single, fully functional text block or option to upload assignment as Word Doc or PDF or PPT?

The course was a good introduction to SC operations. However, I expected to learn more about Lean Six Sigma. Furthermore, if sb has zero background in SC and doesn’t know the principles, he/she could easily get confused, in case he/she is solely taking this one course. All else, fine.

The courses cover lean 6 sigma and kaizan. it gives the initial idea of lean. But i would say it would help better if you take initiatives to read extra reading materials to learn real practices. Sometimes in the lectures, the concepts were covered too fast or a bit too simplified.

This was a challenging and informative course, which sharpened my Supply Chain Management skills in Lean Operations and Theory of Constraints, Lean Inventory, Six Sigma, and Lean Six Sigma. I enjoy the utility that this experience has already brought to my work and projects.

Understood the basics of Supply chain Operations. Got to know about the inventory management, EOQ, Wastes and waste management. Last but not least, the DMAIC, Lean project helped me to understand the concepts much better. Good and challenging course! Thank you!

Overall a good course. The instructor keeps you involved and i really liked the way of teaching chosen. Also the concept of peer reviews is really good, though i wish the assignments should also reach the instructor for final grading.

Interesting course, but the files are very bad prepared. it took more time to get the correct figures (, and . as a thousand break) than doing the work itself. But the explenation and content is very good.

A very interesting and instructive course however i would love if it had a more thorough approach to the analysis tools that one can use to analyze the measurements obtained in the DMAIC methodology.

Every informative introduction to lean six sigma. Much improved over the first course. I have a lot of experience with Lean and Six Sigma, but this was a nice summation of the information.
