This is an intense course, but it's good to start with. You definitely have to study other materials to go into details, but this course covers everything, and then you can dive into each section.

It covers key topics such as project life cycle, scope management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The course is well-structured, with a mix of video lectures, readings, and practical assignments that help reinforce learning. Pros: Comprehensive Content: Covers all fundamental aspects of project management. Practical Assignments: Hands-on exercises that simulate real-world project management scenarios. Flexible Learning: Self-paced format allows learners to study at their own convenience. Expert Instructors: Taught by experienced professionals in the field. Cons: Time-Consuming: Requires a significant time commitment to complete all modules and assignments. Basic Level: May be too introductory for those with prior project management experience. Overall, this course is ideal for beginners looking to gain a solid foundation in project management and for professionals seeking to formalize their knowledge with a recognized certification.

This course offers a comprehensive overview of the key principles of project management, making it a valuable resource for beginners or those looking to refresh their knowledge. The content is well-structured, covering essential topics in a clear way, with special attention given to how the test works, which is a plus for those aiming to pass certifications or assessments. However there are some issues with the delivery. At times, certain words or entire sentences are repeated, which can be distracting and slightly disrupt the flow. A review of the speech to edit out these repetitive errors would improve the overall learning experience.

The course has issues. From the scaffolding of content before assessment, to answers that are just not correct. A question asking "How are projects different from organizational processes." All 3 answers given were correct, necessitating the All the Above choice. However, that was marked wrong. The question was not Which of the statements best describes how projects are different from ..." Another issue was with the correct answer to a question not being covered at all in the previous lessons, but in the lesson directly following the assessment! How did this course get through quality control? Having achieved my PMI-ACP, I can tell you firsthand that the answers are virtually all varying flavors of correct, but the questions asked indicate that.

This course material has absolutely nothing to do with the tests. It seems like either the test questions are based on PMBOK and then the information isn't or the other way around. I looked through all modules and couldn't even find general info that would point me in the direction of correct answers to any of the test questions.

This course is terrible. The instructor cannot pronounce most of the PM vocabulary, he starts and stops repeatedly, very unprofessional. The course exams regularly mark correct answers as incorrect. This looks like some AI generated garbage. I expect more from Coursera. I would not recommend this to any serious PM student.
