Feels like this course would have made some more sense in the 00's. The password generation advice is dubious, if not plain bad - the authors should check any of the open source password crackers to get an idea of how bad their advice is.

Some of the answers offered to questions are quizzes are incorrect (newer guidance has been offered by the community) and there are questions for which none of the answers are right.

Material was not always correct to industry definitions, and there were a few errors in the questions asked.

There were a few questions that seemed to have no correct answer. Other than that it was good.

Unfortunatly, this course is quit boaring. The voice in the lectures is kind of metalic and monotonic. There is quite a bit of information that is being communicated to the students, but not much of it is about Security awareness training. If this course was meant to be used as a training program, then the organizatin using it, must customize it first. I would only recommend this course to someone who wants to get a general introductions to cyber threats.

Written like a spam mail or auto-transcribed text, asks meaningless terminology questions instead of probing clear understanding of issues, and includes superficial irrelevant content seemingly just to bulk out some quizzes

Hit or Miss Concepts. Quizzes are too focused with the technicalities.

This information is out of date and horribly incomplete and some bits even inaccurate - still talking about ethernet cables and USB flash drives, really? There are far more important factors to consider regarding security in 2024. The quizzes are poorly phrased and sometimes misleading. I'm appalled by having paid AUD $74 for this certificate, and I'd strongly recommend finding more reputable source.
