I found the course divided into three parts very interesting as a coach consultant, especially since I am already involved in coaching and training. The concept of the flow state was particularly intriguing to me, as it resonates with my previous studies in NLP and breathing techniques. As a trainer, it is truly gratifying to be able to experience that state of being and utilize techniques to assist others. So i think it was a interesting course
