Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

I really enjoy this course. It helpe me to put my life and priorities in perspective. Also I can honestly say that my happiness and well being was boosted by just learning about the strategies to increse them, more over, when I committed to do them, it radically change a lot of my mindset. This course has given me an insight on The Science of Well-Being, proven facts, ideologies and helpful tools that I can apply in my daily life to change my behavior and adapt new habits. The layout and pace of this course is wonderfully thought out, with the added layer of being able to go at my own pace should something come up in my life. It has been an amazing look into how to balance my life and care for myself in order to bring that balance and happiness to the people I love and the tasks that I do.

This course was well worth the time. Learning the science behind the happiness was much more that just believing in the power of positive thinking. This course really taught you what we think will make us happy and what actually does make us happy. Professor Santos is wonderful and i am listening to her podcasts also.

It's one thing to know that certain things might make you feel happy, and by extension make your relationships with others around you better, but it's another thing to see and hear the research behind how all of it works. And that it really does work. I loved this course and am so glad that I spent the time to take it!

Professor Santos gives some useful pieces of advice to live a better life, strategies which were given are very useful, I think everyone would be pleased by the straordinarie effects of those tips after a while spent exercising your daily routine, your body, but especially your mind!

It was great to take time to focus on the things that are really important in our lives. Those things that sometimes we don't allow ourselves to acknowledge and that we usually take for granted.

Doing the course during the pandemic helped me look at the situation form another perspective and it helped me stay positive.

This was a fantastic course, thank you for the opportunity. It would have been beneficial to see the rubric for the final assignment before having to submit it. Also, I found it hard to relay the information I wanted to in the amount of sentences it said to use, a couple more sentences for each one wold have been nice.

Exceptional course. I've read many books on happiness and well-being, but none have had the same kind of positive impact on my life as this course. I loved this course. It’s easy to do in small segments and Laurie is soooo interesting. I feel happy that I’ve already actually been doing most of the right things but I feel it’s increased my confidence and that discovering meditation and mindfulnessness has helped me to slow down yet achieve more. The course was very beneficial to me, I believe it should be taught not only to undergraduate students but also to High School students so they understand themselves more and are able to make educated decisions.
