Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

The best course I've taken so far. It changed my whole perception of life. I'm really grateful for having had the opportunity to take this course. I'm looking forward to see how i can improve and apply more deeply what i have learned. I don't think i will able to rate other course with 5 stars after this one.

Loved every bit of the course and needles to the say Prof Santos is amazing ! She made the course so interesting with the research data substantiating all the aspects. Whatever we learnt in the course has practical application and one can actually feel the benefit, if we keep practising :)

I enjoyed the course very much. The instructor was engaging and fun to listen to . She made listening to the lectures fun. These things that were brought up may be things we know but forget to take the time to look into and focus on. The reminders or different ways of looking at things are helpful insights.

This course was excellent. I really enjoyed learning and taking the happiness assessment at the beginning of the course and the end of the course and comparing the scores. My happiness score increased at the end. I learned so much about what we think makes us happy really does not to the extend we believe.

I could not adequately express the value of this course. I have been looking for a set of practical tools and understanding like this for many years. Laurie is a spectacular professor who makes science accessible and fun while introducing ideas that have been surprising at the least and valuable at the best!

Such a wonderful, insight course! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to think outside the box when it comes to happiness. The theories and research to back it up are excellent. Dr. Santos is an amazing professor, keeping the audience engaged and excited to learn. She's definitely a top-notch professor.

I highly recommend this course. Dr. Santos teaches concepts that are backed by scientific research and then gives opportunity to practice these concepts in daily life. I can only imagine if all parents were aware of this knowledge and raised their children to value these concepts. Our world would change.

This class was a great experience. I learned a lot about the science behind being happy, I also was provided with accurate research, tools and techniques that helped me to increase my happiness by "rewiring" and setting goals and changing my behavior to be happier in aspects of my life that are important.

This is a good course to take , i enjoy learning a method on how to adjust my behavior for a better life style and good teaching method too .I was so busy with work before that by now i realizes i miss out quite a lot .Thanks to this ,i now know what i miss and what to do about it too. Highly effective, using interviews, research findings and the professor's insightfulness in explaining well-being and the challenges to well-being. Such an effective program, I plan to take this again to develop other long term habits. This program of study was a definite stress-reducer for my daily life.

Laurie Santos has the easiest way to explain things better. She's such a good teacher, always was helpful and was able to solvee doubts and concerns about the topics revised it.
