This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

The course was fabulous!! I learned so much on how to apply the principles of happiness in such a practical way. I gained tools that will be very helpful throughout my life, and I am willing to continue to work on each of the rewirements to enhance my happiness.

This class was a great experience. I learned a lot about the science behind being happy, I also was provided with accurate research, tools and techniques that helped me to increase my happiness by "rewiring" and setting goals and changing my behavior to be happier in aspects of my life that are important.

This is a good course to take , i enjoy learning a method on how to adjust my behavior for a better life style and good teaching method too .I was so busy with work before that by now i realizes i miss out quite a lot .Thanks to this ,i now know what i miss and what to do about it too. This is a very important course. I believe it is a life skill course. It is very important for our present times of uncertainty and disruptive changes to learn as many life skills as we can. Great course, so glad I did it! The course has given me good tools that will help me apply all the learning in my day to day life. Highly effective, using interviews, research findings and the professor's insightfulness in explaining well-being and the challenges to well-being. Such an effective program, I plan to take this again to develop other long term habits. This program of study was a definite stress-reducer for my daily life.

This is an incredible course and I would highly recommend it to anyone struggling with those feelings of 'not enough-ness' or general, ineffable malaise. It provided me with very useful tools to improve my well-being as well as a very interesting information to be aware of. I think if I'm able to keep applying all I've learnt, I can really improve my well-being in a long term scenario and share want I've learn with me loved ones so they can benefit from too.

It was a wonderful course that kept me fully engaged. I was in the hospital with COVID while taking the course and I know it helped me be in a better place mentally. Everyone wants to be HAPPY! This course is a tangible way to increase your happiness and also possibly the happiness of others too! I enjoyed learning about the scientific research along with the practical suggestions given. My life is happier, due in part to this class and my effort to use what I learned.

Laurie Santos has the easiest way to explain things better. She's such a good teacher, always was helpful and was able to solvee doubts and concerns about the topics revised it.

So glad she had this initiative, and more glad she decided to share with 1 million people around the world.

This was a FANTASTIC experience for me! I think much of the increase in my well-being I owe to this course. I was a little worried of the months ahead when we were asked to shelter at home. These past 10 weeks have been the richest, most fulfilling weeks of my life.

This a great course and keeps you engaged through out the course with the examples, exercises and quiz at various stages. Trainer has done a great job about creating the interest in the course. I am sure it is going to be of value in life and put in practice. I will be interested in Advance Course, if any.

I absolutely love this program. Laurie was inspiring, engaging and relatable. The real time examples were terrific as was the supporting research and the way it was presented. I truly enjoyed the lectures and the Q&A's. I always had the impression of YALE students being smart and well educated, but it was sometimes tough to hear the word "like" in so many students' vocabulary. Other than that, I felt the course material truly helped me mentally, emotionally and physically, too.
