Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

This was a great course - I would encourage others to participate, especially in today's environment of uncertainty. We need to focus on finding joy and happiness not only for ourselves but spreading joy to others.

I'm glad I took this course. One way to stay productive during quarantine. Its been different and some days are harder than others but highly recommend it, it helped me give me balance and great new things I learned.

What a great course! It dispels myths about what people think makes them happy and provides the scientific evidence around what actually does. The lectures were a perfect addition to my daily walks during quarantine.

This class should be a prerequisite for EVERY human to take at some point (earlier than later, though). In doing so, I think people would learn to value the things they can't see instead of the things they can hold.

Good stuff!!! Wonderful methods with excellent support tools ! I plan on trying some of these methods out with my patients that experience depression to see if they can potentially alleviate some of their symptoms.

Consistency is what makes this class worth while. You start off by learning then implementing for four weeks which coincide to make something a habit! I even had my parents participate and their happiness increased.
