This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

The construct and flow of the learning pathway was effective and practical. The self discovery along the journey was immense. All the lead-up learning elements to the final rewirement set me up to succeed. Enjoyed the frameworks shared. My wellbeing has been elevated. Thank you.

A very impactful course for anyone who needs to take time for their well being. This course is engaging without feeling overwhelming. There are a lot of helpful yet surprisingly easy research based tools introduced that produce results. This course is a great time investment!

Excellent course. Easy to follow and super interesting to learn about the things that truly make people happy. All of the activities seemed like they were going to be super easy to implement, but in fact they were not, which added a challenge to the course that I really enjoyed.

Well done. As a senior/senior I was a little unsure if I can "attend" a classroom again, and
then with identifying with the college age students in the class. No need to worry. I enjoyed it and feel a great sense of satisfaction, of I can do it!!!

I really appreciated having evidence-based strategies for improving my happiness. As the instructor says, knowing isn't enough - you also have to put it into practice. I've been meditating more, feeling more socially connected, and just generally a lot more emotionally stable.

I started studying when our country New Zealand went into lockdown. I really enjoyed this course and I have gone on to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into my life. I highly recommend this course if you don't use what you learn now, it is valuable to have in later life.

It is a very powerful course. By taking this course, it brought me into regular exercise, and more healthy mental status, I found out that learning is one of the sources that would make me feel happy. I highly recommend this course to all high schoolers and university students.

Laurie was amazing. Her personality lit up the screen and all of her knowledge was apparent in the way she spoke and taught the course. She really made you want to learn and be committed to the course. I am so lucky to have been able to have this opportunity to learn from her.

Right from the beginning the course felt very helpful. The thing I liked most is reference material is provided at the end of every week. Also providing a separate Q&A video at end is a really nice idea. I would suggest everyone who want to improve their life to do this course.

My experience with this course was absolutely fantastic! I truly enjoyed both the lectures and the rewirement challenge. I focused on exercise but now I want to try out gratitude and see how that might affect my happiness as well. Do yourself a favor and TAKE THIS COURSE!!!! :)

Really loved this course! I started it in January 2020 and had no idea that two months later, the pandemic would hit! It was perfect to finallyl complete the course in July after a few stalls. Great content to apply to your life. Would highly recommend the course to anyone!

I could no be happier that I took this class. It is excellent. Well put together and gives solid techniques to use to bring yourself into a better state of mind. Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, I am so glad I was able to concentrate and really work on the class.

I loved this course. I had listened to The Happiness Lab podcast and was delighted to be able to experience the course for myself. Going through the actual course helped me understand the concepts in greater detail and to for effective rewirements to improve my own happiness.

I heard about this course in the radio while I was driving to work, one of the host was talking about trying this course, it caught my attention and as soon as I got to work I looked it up and signed up. I think it has been one of the most rewarding choices I had made. Love it!
