This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

Great course. Fun, interesting, relatable material that will help boost your mood and improve your happiness through mindful acts. You will gain an understanding of what aspects of your life give a false idea on what will make you happier. Don't submit to the G.I. Joe Fallacy!

Simply put, the impact this course had on me was truly transformational. The professor delivers the content in a concise and articulate way that is wildly impressive. This should be a required course for in basic education for everyone. The world would dramatically improve.

I enjoyed learning the nuances of how the brain works in this course. I feel equipped with empirical evidence to increase my happiness index. Being able to reset deadlines was key to completing this course, though I never figured out how to navigate the web platform, coursea.

Proven technics, easy to implement and fun to do tasks. The course opens one's eyes on things in life that make a person happy but you would never guessed that they are. Dr.Santos is telling about the things that change the way you think about life and important things in it.

A course that is not too hard on your commitment, (about 2 hours minimum in the week) but rich in structure and supporting research. I spent an hour or so more to go through the related research and videos and that gave me good reinforcement on the concepts taught. Thank you.
