This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

This course is a great guide for increasing happiness and satisfaction in one's life. It uses the latest scientific studies to support suggestions and guided activities to incorporate these into our daily life and make them habits we do without thinking going forward.

One of the most useful course i have taken ever, this course should be taken by every individual who have achieved the success to meet the basic necessities of life (food,cloth,shelter) and is looking forward to make improvements towards a happy and well balanced life.

A fascinating and very specific course, I enjoyed the process. The professor has a great deal of knowledge conveyed in an interesting way, the students photographed were experienced as speaking honestly and brought up important and interesting things in conversations.

This is the coolest and most fun course with lots of learning to look forward to. I enjoyed each video and Assignment. The rewirements are so meticulously planned and are so intuitive, enhancing and creative for development of a new habit. Glad I completed the course.

Really learnt a lot regarding how to increase your well-being. I feel that what makes this course convincing is the research studies shared throughout the course which reflects accurately the behaviour of people and how those behaviour affects happiness and well-being

I love this course! I am so grateful for taking this course and learning so much about gratitude, mindfulness, savoring, and healthful choices that impact my life. Schools in this country need to teach this to our young minds. (K-12) This should be a mandatory class.

Enjoyed the majority of course content & instructor very knowledgeable with good presentation. I didn't feel much of the subject matter pertained to me being retired. More relevant to younger people and/or people who need issues resolved. Would recommend to others.

Great course. The weekly practice exercises are a very effective method of learning (rewirements) the new skills. Nice mix of on-line lectures and reading materials. I really liked being able to go at my own pace. I continue to recommend the course to my friends.
