Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

Not only did I learn new things from this class but was able to immediately implement my take-aways and apply them to my life for an increase in overall happiness. This class does a great job giving perspective as to the things that REALLY impact happiness.

This is a great course, it will show different strategies to live a happier life.

A great thing about it is that it will force you to implement them through the course, it goes beyond just teaching you things, you actually get to implement them in your life!

Fantastic course, easy to understand, she does a great job breaking down the stages of gaining happiness. You learn the resources and science behind what it takes and means to be happy. I enjoyed the studies provided and the book recommendations. Fun class!

Overall, this course has been extremely helpful for my day-to-day life. Extremely encouraging and very insightful not to mention how amazing the professor is by incorporating videos, surveys, and other activities to make this course engaging and enjoyable.

One of the best online courses I have ever taken. The fact that it combines theory with practice is significantly helpful. The professor is so engaging and fun to learn with. And homework is so beneficial to increase one's happiness if one commits to them.

All of the information is applicable in daily life and gives a better understanding as to why we might feel unhappy. Happiness is work and habits- you can't just sit around and think it will show up! Great resources and weekly challenges. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this class! It was the perfect mood booster, especially during Covid lockdowns. As a psych major in college, I was always interested in the subject of happiness, so I'm really glad that I could learn and take this course even post-college!

This is an excellent course, with great material and a great instructor. Everything is well-validated, and scholarly sources are provided. There are also a lot of suggestions for further reading that are aimed at the general public, rather than academics.
