Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

Loved this course! Thank you Yale and Coursera. The instructor is engaging and the lessons are easy to understand. It was nice that there are several studies to back up the science of happiness in people. Looking forward to similar courses like this!

I was blown away when I learned about the power of "reference points" -- this course has allowed me to recreate a better mindset for a happier life and actually take steps towards positive change. Loved this class and Professor Santos was so awesome.

Very interesting and insightful course. If you are looking for more happiness (or to understand the happiness that you already have/experience), then I recommend this course. It provides tools and guidance, and the format/course setup is fantastic!

I found the material and the assignments to be highly valuable. In fact, I would recommend this course to just about anyone who isn't very happy with their life. I also really like the instructor and how the course integrates science backed findings.

I loved this course! I loved it because it re-enforced what I already knew but I also learned new things and I loved how studies and stats were used to demonstrate learnings.
