It is an excellent course to achieve the knowledge how to conduct a teaching and learning for higher students. Its videos are really helpful to gain the information about the topics.

The only suggestion to improve further, is to give more chance to communicate with other students and take their queries regarding our doubts.

I would recommend it for anyone who is new or lacking experience in university teaching. The course is well designed, well presented and the content is up-to-date, covering almost everything a new lecturer would need to prepare and run a university-level course, from course design to dealing with a class.

Very well laid out and explained. The short videos are clear and on topic, and the quizzes at the end of each module are well reflective of the content. I feel like I learned a lot!

Too much referencing to articles, and text in the videos. I mean, either make a good video or give us reading material. Don't make us read while watching a video. Also, you say in week 1 (or 2) that the readings are essential but optional(?). That doesn't make sense.

When I am stopping now, it is because I realize I'm not really paying attention (even though I don't avoid multitasking) and just want to finish - skipping readings are tempting. I hope to find a different course at your university that works better with how I learn.

THe online format is not as engaging as I'd like and as a result the information did not sink in for long term use. Perhaps if I had taken notes, it would have helped. All in all there were lots of good ideas for teaching at the university level. I especially liked the ways to engage the students and view of how students learn. The citations and readings were good although not lending themselves to long term learning for me.

Some of the speakers had strong accents that were difficult to understand so having the English transcription was helpful.

I want to express my appreciation for the course; it was truly enjoyable and highly informative. I've gained valuable knowledge, and I'm thankful for the opportunity. However, I would like to suggest the provision of downloadable PDFs for the complete videos with transcripts, as well as graphs. This would greatly assist offline learning and facilitate a deeper understanding of the material. Thank you for considering this feedback.

The course provided detailed and novel information about teaching and learning in contemporary higher education. The course was evidence driven, the reading lists contained many research latest articles which imparted new information. I successfully implemented several methods discussed in this course in my own teaching, assessment, and providing feedback. It was a wonderful experience taking this course.

This is a well-structured, highly organized, theoretically reach, and practically useful course about teaching at the University level. I found the course videos very useful and came back to them again and again. Very rich recommended reading but they are more suitable for a person specialized in teaching methods and pedology. Highly recommended.

My encounter with this course revolutioniesd my thinking about university teaching and teaching in general. Although is is called university teaching, it is a down to earth course for instructors, tutors and teachers of all classes. The knowledge I gathered here will be useful to me now and in the longest future. I am most greatful for this course.

This course was excellent. Although it says it is a beginner course, the knowledge provided in this course is based upon scholarly research around best teaching practices. This course is a must for any university lecturer! I had no idea how ineffective some of the traditional methods of teaching really were.

Nicely structured course, with clear instructions what to pay attenton on. As a person coming from the educational system which is mainly traditional, with "monologue" lectures and basically no feedback, I truly enjoyed this course and got some freash and up-to-date insight on teaching.

The course provides clear theories, steps by steps for explanation of them and enough readings for further understanding the needs in teaching in University. I am sure that it will help students during lecture and apply these theories in practices.
