Some very useful information however the woman who was presenting the work although knowledgeable did come across a little cringey with the kinetic memorization of the critical thinking steps. Although I encourage people to deliver knowledge in there way I feel some people would switch (especially from the UK) was switch off at this point although this is very useful information. Potentially a more subtle way to remember that is just as effective is appropriate to reach out to more individuals.

I think the information provided was good, I believe the instructor presented the information in an easy to understand way, lots of opportunities to engage and real life examples. However, I don't think the course material translated as well to the quizzes. Although the instructor was informative, the questions on the quiz didn't always align with what was learned in a particular module.

A good introduction to problem-solving. If you want a simple course about this subject, I recommend it. If you want to explore something more complex than the classic 7-steps model, I recommend other advanced courses about problem-solving on Coursera.

Very informative and as silly as I thought the hand gestures were to remember the 7 steps , the professor was so right it is much easier to remember them that way. I was also able to use these steps immediately at work.
