I love the way google and its instructors organize content for learning. It teaches complicated stuff in simple manner. In this course, i have learnt about how structured thinking is used to ask right questions and the various tools/templates to do so. Thank you Google & Coursera.

The course presenter Ximena was articulate. Her voice was just the right pace, not too fast not too slow. The content of the course is very useful especially the preparation around stakeholders, arranging meetings with stakeholders and determining secondary and primary stakeholders.

I skipped ahead and only took the weekly challenges and end-of-course challenge since I scored high on the diagnostic test. But based on the questions within the weekly challenges, it seemed this course was great for learners who have minimal experience in the corporate workforce.

This is a good course I am really happy because have gain lots of knowledge of how to ask effective questions to before you start to work on any project. I have also learn more about structured thinking. This course is best. Ximena is also good and makes everything understandable.

Communication is always the top priority topic in all Google courses. Providing examples and scenarios of communication in this course greatly helps in understanding "how to communicate." I am very grateful for the instructional materials provided by the Google professional team.

What is the criteria does one follow in asking questions. As for me I always get problem when am writing a question in the toolbox it always indicate in another language which I can't event know it so am asking the way through it or what can I done because am using a mobile phone

This is a great course for anyone seeking pathways into Data Analysis/ Analyst, the instructor and details in the course are well explained. A video go guide you, assignment, class quizzes and finally grade to guide when you finish the course. Will definitely recommend it other

The practice of Scope of Work help mark the boundaries of the data analysis project and define what constitutes inside and outside of the project, which brings and aligns stakeholders involved on the same page and serves as a reference point if disagreement rises. Very helpful.

Ximena is an excellent coach. I enjoyed every of the video sessions. Now I'm better equipped with skills such as spreadsheet functions and formulas, structured thinking, best practices for conflict resolution, Data analysis process and how to draft an appropriate scope of work.

Yeah Good course. I admit everything that was thought was new to me. Nice to learn new things. Its pretty fast, needs a lot of self practice as you go especially the google sheets part. Self exploration is also needed but they give you the tools to do it. Good Job Google!

The training made it simple to comprehend complex ideas. It's astonishing how quickly the strangest ideas could be applied to the real world. Each lesson pushed me to keep studying and finish the course before I even realised it. The lecturers are doing an excellent job.

I found this course to be very theory intensive, however how it was presented and broken down into collective, and constructive structure was a great help. Also the setting of the assessments, and practical activities made it easier to retain the necessary information.

There was a wealth of information to learn in Course 2 but it was all worth it. From learning SMART questions, to learning how to create a Scope of Work and who your primary and secondary stakeholders are to how to respond conflict. I thoroughly enjoyed this Course!!

The course provides context and practical situations on how to approach questions and decisions. They address dealing with stakeholders, limitations, conflict and communication. Perspectives from analysts from different teams are invaluable, especially for beginners.

It was great and very helpful, however I think some of the videos and lectures were quite repetitive. Some lectures talked about the same things talked on a video. Also, some examples for some of the concepts coudl be helpful, for example how a SOW should looklike.

What I appreciate most about the course is that it is interactive. Every session and module of the course contain real-life experience that makes me feel like I am working on a real case as a Data Analyst. The course in general is well structured and informative.

I can't begin to articulate my feelings to describe how much I have learned from this course. I'm so thankful for this provision from Google. I can't imaging learning Data Analytics from any other company than Google - these foremost leader in data. Thank you!

from the beginning of the course to the end was so exciting,i havent been this excited to finish a course,i was always looking forward to each topic and also the assignments and quiz.it always made me pay attention to each topic so as to remember what was taught.
