I'm glad I took this course. The instructor is warm, upbeat and very clear. The materials are very informative and helpful. I gained more understanding of cleaning data as well as built my SQL skills.

Probably one of the more technical courses of the program developing your technical skill set and actually preparing you to become a data analyst by introducing more hands-on Excel and SQL exercises.

This course is not superb as the line is blurred somewhat between the 'prepare' and 'process' steps, especially given we have gone this far into the series and probably want to really focus on the break down of the steps. But still is a good course.

Very educational and insightful. I've gained an understanding of what a jnr data analyst does to express intergrity and where they fit in an organization or a project. Pity about the repeated errors in the FROM statements in the query exercises.

Good SQL skills, a little too much fluff though, but that may just be because I already have resume experience. Also, I feel like course challenge should be a little harder. But, good next step in continuing to get the certificate overall! 4/5.

L'une des premières étapes cruciales de tout projet d'analyse de données est le traitement des données brutes. Les données brutes, souvent appelées « ventes », sont rarement prêtes à être analysées sans passer par un processus de nettoyage.

This is an ideal course to learn the basics about data handling and cleaning. It provides hands on practice on a few of the topics and a base for further exploration. Overall, a great learning adventure to data science enthusiast.

The material is good, but there were some frustrating technical glitches. The Google Sheets didn't match the UI for some of the data processing in the video and some of the quizzes didn't load all of the details for the questions.

Good overall. I'd like a deeper or more technical view of the statistical concepts for data testing, or maybe some more practical hands-on problems in which you are required to calculate those to provide the correct answer.

Overall I loved how enthusiastic the instructor was and her humor as well. There were a few sections I did not quite understand and had to do some outside research for but overall it was easy to follow and understand.

I found the instructor personable, enthusiastic, and a clear communicator. Topics were presented in a logical manner, and at a great pace. I wish there was more SQL instruction, but I'm grateful for the career advice.

Some content can be explained in a bit more detail. For example, there's an explanation that SQL can track changes, but how?? Also, it would be best if some of the multiple questions can be checked again for accuracy.

Le contenu concernant le language SQL est intéressant, mais les partie telle que les CV et le recrutement sont de trop. C'est très long pour des notions qui pourraient être condensées avec du contenu plus court.

There were few spreadsheets' tools definition with no explanation of How does this formulas or functions work in order to perform a task or activity, would help a lot same for SQL, how does these software works?

A hands-on approach with various technical features, mainly regarding spreadsheets and sql. Interesting exercises with guides, its just unfortunate that mentors seldom answer questions effectively in the forum.

I learned a lot, but I think it would be better if you made the quizzes/ course challenges more practical. Instead of asking what the learner should do in a particular scenario, make the learner actually do it.

It was a fundamental and intense course, but the only disadvantage is an endless try to login into Google Cloud Platform for the sake of using SQL, which usually kicks you out due to some limitations, etc.

I learned about the importance of cleaning the data in order to carry out proper analysis and conclusions. Also about the importance of preparing my resume and clearly expressing my skills and knowledge.

Very informative and practical. It's a bit harder than the previous, but with the bite-size approach, it is less intimidating. The teaching method by Googlers is less dry than most academics at Coursera.

Awesome couse, explanations were very clear and concise and all the readings weren't loaded with unnecessary information. To make this a 5 star course I would add more SQL excercises for cleaning data.

Sally is the best instructor in this course so far. The content itself started of great but I feel it didn't cover enough data cleaning techniques in the second half of the course. Still recommend!

It is better to use more hands-on exercises. Some of the obvious topics repeat itself several times such as removing the duplicates. Some of the multiple choice questions have vague answers.

The SQL and data cleaning exercises were fun, but I think the resume building was brought in prematurely. Those topics would be more informative and relevant nearer to the end of the course.

Explications are clear but i think there is a lake of practice about cleaning a dataset. It would be better for learner like use to have more of this kind of complete exercices to complete.

This course was ok but 2 of the last weeks were job interviews and writing resumes. Which don’t belong here. It should have been an optional mini course if you complete the certification.

Some times very repetitive , and some examples are not so clear , it would be better to have just one big example , so as we progress we start to understand the full picture of the data.

4 stars because there are consistently errors in the weekly challenges and quizzes that make the learning process frustrating, and I lose a bit of confidence in the course as a whole.
