Its the first training course that i saw that dealt with difficult situations not just the technical aspect of IT support.

Learnt a lot about what computers are, how they came about and what or how far they can go in helping with our daily lives

great experience i would like to continue with the IT course and am looking forward to working as a IT support specialist.

Amazing experience. All the concepts are introduced in an easy to grasp manner and has prompted my deeper interest for IT.
