I really enjoyed this course, and it has made me much more confident with data in excel. I thought I would breeze right through the content, as I have used excel for several years. Instead, I found the information and techniques presented to be enlightening and enjoyable. My main goal is to learn how to better use Power BI, but I am happy I completed this course on that journey!

Being a user from India, the MM/DD/YYYY format was a bit tough to handle and work around in my Excel sheets, same with the Dollars sign, if Coursera or Microsoft could produce work for each region it would be very helpful. Apart from that, the course was helpful to me, being a beginner, I got to deep dive into the formulas and functions.

This is a straight five stars base on the format the delivery of material is structured; a topic is introduced, the material is delivered with a video, then in reading, so this makes it hard to miss anything. Next, an exercise or quiz is given for you to test yourself and an exemplar is followed to correct any gaps.

This course is prepared methodically. It is engaging. Our learning outcome is tested time and again. The instructor delivery is very clear. Whether one wants to learn Microsoft Excel for routine tasks or for Data Analyst career path, this course is highly recommended. Thanks to Microsoft Team.

Insightful course for beginners and returning professionals that need to touch up on excels functionalities. I was humbled in the first module and it helped me re-assess and create an action plan as a returning student. Highly recommend for those who need a re-introduction to excel.

I was using excel in my organization for minimalistic work (just using the mathematical operators) but exploring this course has given me a broader view about more basic functions and calculations that can actually be used in any data analysis.

The focus of this course left me confident that I now have a solid knowledge of functions I'll need for data analysis rather than other courses I've taken that were never ending courses on function after function that I may never need.

I have one feedback to provide. While we were given hands-on exercise to do during the course, it would have been much more interesting if we have been asked to submit our completed exercise which can be evaluated by Coursera team

Great foundational and structured learning of Microsoft excel. I use excel every day but still found a lot of use in this course. Its a great refresher for things you may have forgotten or better ways to complete tasks.

Even I have more than 20 years of experience in IT, specifically in Excel I have learned that still formal education from Microsoft is crucial to extend the ways that comes to result more accurately and effectively.
