The course is really good to learn user experience for processing: Empathize, Define, and Ideate. Because of the processes, I know what the people need, and I also learn to analyze competitor audit for giving solution to improve better in market product.

I recently completed the "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" course on Coursera, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. This course is a comprehensive guide for anyone looking to embark on a UX design journey.

I already knew the approach to this part of the UX process, but the course allowed me to look at it from a completely different angle. Much fuller and wider. I love that even though I know "something" about ux, the course still shows me something new.

YI habve learned so much and now have a much clearer insight into what the first steps of defining and ideating are. The provided tools are very useful and the whole class really makes you feel like you are delving into the field of tech and product.

This course was definitely worth my time! I learned so many things about empathising with clients and doing research for them I really wish I knew starting out as a freelancer. This course can help anyone, even if you don't plan on doing UX design.

I am happy to have created Empathy Map, Personas, User Journey, User Story, Problem Statement and User flow for my Portfolio Project. The course is very handson which really helps in learning the concepts. Compared to other courses very cheap also.

It is a concise and very complete course, you learn the fundamentals of UX Research in a simple way. There is additional material to complement the classes and with each task you build your portfolio. It's the best UX course I've taken so far.

So far it's been easy to understand, and I like the links for extra articles on various topics. I work full time and have still been able to make progress. I'm looking into other courses as well. I respond well to this format that's for sure.

Excellent course furthering skills learned from course 1. Portfolio projects could be condensed and this course could have been shorter. Teacher was excellent and spoke clearly. Examples and readings were good supplement for material taught.

UX Research is wonderfully designed by Google to give us a very good idea of practical skills in UX Research. By applying the concepts learnt in UX Research in a hands on project, it will gives us a way to understand and better our skills.

This course is the most challenging for me so far as it covers those modules that have to do with interacting with the user directly. I was able to the scale through because the instructors were explanatory and really value small steps.

This course is fully packed, I have learned so many things about the UX design process that I won't have been able to ordinarily. And the instructor is good, she explains each topic with more understanding. I enjoyed the class so much.

Interesting course! I learnt more about my competitors and research in depth about them and how I can differentiate myself from them. I do recommend taking notes, it will help in the quizzes and self promt reflection exercises asked.

This course began as a fun and engaging journey which then lead to this huge task which seemed endless but with the guidance of our intructors and the course material this task was accomplished successfuly.

Great course. I would say the time it takes to do the activities was underestimated. The last week especially, with several activities throughout and then a peer-reviewed assignment, probably should have been broken up into 2 weeks.

Emily understands the art of research. I give it to her! The course was generally interesting and educative. I would say that I am a better person than I was regarding Research. I really commend Google for the job they are doing.

A great course packed with information! I learned so much in this course. My only gripe is that people who put lots of effort into their peer-reviewed assignments only can receive the same score as people who do the bare minumum.
