I have learned SMART analysis, the work procedures with stakeholders, small data and big data, meeting etiquette, spreadsheets. I also learned how to manage data driven decisions.

Happy to complete this course, completeing this has given me the confidence to ask the effective questions for the analysis and communication skills, problem solving and many more.

It is pretty good. I really enjoy all the lessons and questions asked However, the course is lengthy though. Something should be done to reduce the number of videos in the course.
