I enjoyed learning the language, terms, tools and becoming more comfortable getting to know data. This course made it easy and allowed me to see it from the analyst side of things - when normally I'm the customer with the buniness ask. I now have better respect for the Sr. analyst and why he asks so many Whys????? Thank you Google!

Before joining this course, I had knowledge about the tools/languages but as I completed the first course , I got my fundamentals clear and learnt new terminologies. The material was informative, creative, and addicting to learn. I've been an online student for a few years of my college education and this has been one of the easiest online class formats I have ever had to get used to. I was excited for becoming a data anlyst as from what I researched about it by myself. However, starting with this course and getting in depth information about what actually data analysis is, I have started to enjoy it. I am now excited to learn all about data analytics during the next courses in the Google data analytics Certificate.

It is structured in way that one spends quality hours in them, without getting overwhelmed. The video presentation are great, however one can easily get overwhelmed by watching many video presentation at time. But, this course is filled with activites breaking the overwhelmedness and making it enjoyable yet also being very informative.

Everything in the course was marvelous. The instructor has a special gift in passing information and inspiring messages. This course is unlike courses provided from others. This course is highly recommended. I just have a very small comment about data visualization which is how to select the proper visutalization chart. Greate course!

I like that it's broken down step by step and into a combination of both video and text reading which, makes it seem fairly easy, but it is definitely engaging. The concepts discussed are easily relatable to everyday life and that helps to build a good foundation for this journey. I definitely had my analytical thought process sparked!

It began with the very basics that made me understand from scratch. It goes step-by-step that linked every idea with the previous one. The trainers explained every point practically. It assessed me at every point which gave me confidence that I am on the right track. It indicated the flaws that made me work more on a particular topic.

i honestly love the flow of working with the coursera and google interface bro... like i was telling my parents ealier today that the biggest benefits are the fact that it's go at your own pace and it's not intense on one style of learning. not everyone learns the same way, so i appreciate the time and effort it took to perfect this!

For an introduction to the world of Data Analytics, this course was very nice and positive to follow. The instructor was encouraging, well-spoken, clear, and understanding. I felt as though he was there to see me through to the end with his easy nature and encouraging demeanor. I highly recommend this instructor for future courses.

I really enjoyed taking this course, since i didnt know anything about data anylitics, or i that is what i thought, this course help me understand the basic about data analysis and also remind me of some skill i already knew, very recommended for a beginner, and very thankfull for the instructors, and the way the explained everything.

Excellent course!! I truly enjoyed the variety from video, reading, quiz, and assignments. It was all broken down into small batches that didn't feel overwhelming. I was trying encourage a family to take the course and in my research I enrolled. I actually fell in love with this course.

I thought this was a great foundational course. I found myself thinking I was going to fly through it and having to go back and review at points because i may have skipped or skimmed information and just assumed it would be easy to guess. The intructors were great and I hope to work with people just like them after taking this course.

I don't regret it.

I was so worried that it would be one of those "beginner's course" that is actually meant for people who are a little above beginners and so I would not be able to cope. It turned out to be really really basic. I enjoyed the course and I am already seeing myself as an analyst. I cannot wait to start the next course!

This course is very awesome. I have never known about Data Analysts before. I've read about it in Philip Kotler's book and was impressed. Then, I decided to take the first course from Google which is at the beginner level. I'll keep going on learn the next course. I love it so much. Thank Coursera and Google for many quality courses.

This course is best for beginners in the field of data analytics. I have been learning about such interesting insights on how data is today world. Each and every detail is taught with the kind of resources provided to the learners is extremly helpful. If you diligently follow it then for sure you will develop a significant skillset.

This foundations helps me to understand data and process. Before completion of this module, i had already able to apply the process for a recent PPC Google campaign program results and shown my Country Leaders the result and help them to make a sound decision from my consolidation , cleaning of data with the visual presentation!

As an analyst molded by experience, taking this course, I can confidently say this course is a good starting point. Especially if you are fresh and no analytics background whatsoever. I myself found a lot of theoretical ideas that sure are being used in analytics, which i am not able to describe until they actually put it in words.
