Overall, this program is great. I like the variety of reading, videos, activities, and tests. The instructors have been engaging and knowledgeable, and the content is extremely helpful. I do, however, have a comment regarding a significant frustration:
I like the concept of peer grading (it allows you the additional opportunity to apply what you have learned by providing feedback to peers, and when properly done, allows for you to receive valuable feedback from peers); however, there is no quality control on peer graders. For whatever reason, some do not read or follow grading criteria or instructions.
Throughout the four courses I have completed thus far in this certificate program, multiple times I have had situations where one grader entirely fails a project with zero feedback (or even says "great job!"), while another grader gives 100%. If for whatever reason, one of the two graders is unable to access the document, they give a failing grade rather than flagging the document as unaccessible, as instructed.
All this results in needing to resubmit the VERY SAME document(s) while I cross my fingers and hope that someone who can follow the grading criteria and instructions is selected to grade my project.
An audit function that allows for the flagging of graders who either do not follow the clear insturctions or do not follow the grading criteria would be helpful (attention to detail is, after all, extremely important for effective project management).
Please do not interpret this comment as a lack of receptivity to feedback. If actionable (or any) feedback had been provided regarding how work could be improved, that would be great. This has not been the case.

Overall, great course. I really like the instructor. She was very charasmatic and a natural on camera. The only thing that I would say was a bit frustrating was some of the "transcripts" for the videos were big long paragraphs instead of being broken into more easily read chunks. I thought this was ironic because the started shortly after talking about "accessibility" and making sure presentations were easy to read, follow along, not to cluttered or wordy. Also it felt like some of the questions for Week 6 in particular were really tricky. I went back and compared the way that the questions were phrased in comparison to the transcripts and reading materials and felt like the questions could have been worded to better reflect the material/verbiage.
