The course coverd a big part of the IT support and knowledge in real life.

It helped me a lot to understand more and more how the IT infrastructure of a company works and how you can improve it! It was an amazing experience!

This course wasn't nearly as intense as the previous ones. It was kind of relaxing actually, learning about these Theoretical Concepts. I really enjoyed this course, and am looking forward to finishing the Specialization!

The course is practical, to the point, engaging especially the labs and excerises are very practical and challenging. i love the course. however a few more qwiklab practice challenges should have been added to the course.

I know now what a well-equipped System Admin can do to a company and build up the IT Infrastructure Services offered through various parts of the world. It was worth investing my precious time. Thank you Google-Coursera.

Excelling course covering a lot of fundamental skills of a sysadmin. The labs in this course give great hands-on experience and are very well thought out. The instructor does a great job of presenting the course content.

It was challenging at times, but very hands on and a gave a great summary of the services and tasks a system administrator has to perform to support an IT Department. I am looking forward to next course in the program.

Excellent course very complete and very understandable, you do need to look into depth to some of the subjects by yourself but it gives you the base understanding you need to be able to understand, totally recommended.

Informative module with well explained core tasks of Sysadmin. The teacher for this module well presented each lesson, and event though I found lessons about Active Directory difficult I liked the way it was presented.

The level information pointers provided is amazing. I wish there were less Supplemental reading and more presentation and hands-on labs. Loved the Qwik Labs.

This course was great as it was a much needed refresher, and it was very informative and fun! great job and thanks to all the instructors and Googlers who shared their valuable experiences, that was really inspiring.

This is a wonderful course and it will give you a great Outlook on System Administration and IT Infrastructure. IaaS, NaaS, SaaS, PaaS, DaaS, virtualization, BRMS, DR, and Active Directory all are covered in detail.

This course opened my mind to really understand what System Administration meant from a broader perspective. This is a great course for freshers as well as a refresher for IT Pros. I recommend this course to others.

It was a bit dense in Network Services in week 2, and some of the Qwiklab labs were a bit harder to follow. But all in all I like the Sys-Admin role as it is a eagle eye view of a company's IT operations. Thank you.

Great Course. I would really prefer if the Instructors would delve into the instresting stuff, instead of "chec it out in the next supplemental reading"....gets old after a while.

I thank Devan Sri Tharan sir and Reliance for giving me the opportunity to learn from hi . He made the project in very interesting and easy to do manner. i learned new tech things here that I was not aware of .

this is a must course for anyone stepping into IT job, hands-on labs, and clear understanding. some of the lab did not work for me due to technical issue on their side and technical support were unable to resolve

It was very fascinating learning about the intricacies and background infrastructure of system administration and I'm eager to test out what knowledge I've learned into helping others utilize their systems better.

Although, it took me some tme to finish this one, I really enjoyed it. It gives you a good idea of system administration and IT Infrastructure services. I can't wait to start the last portion of this course.

This was the most intensive of the courses so far as it covered a lot of study material. I have learned so much. Thank you to Google and the lecturer for the many hours spent in compiling this course material.

A hard course when you pass the weeks on storage and mangement. The struggle is the Active Directory and learning how to implement policy and data recovery plans. This was great course and I learned so much.

This was a hard core IT admin course. You learn everything there's to help you manage a fleet o computers and users. I recommend it to anyone who is pursuing a degree in IT and beyond. Thanks Google/Coursera!
