From an intercultural perspective, the content was enriching and backed up by theories and research, which I appreciate. I recommend it to anyone dealing with multicultural communities.

My university PDPU has already paid, still it asks for payment if certificate is needed. This is not ethical. I would like to report the matter to PDPU so that they take care of such practices on Coursera before renewing.
