An incredible course, that deepened my understanding of the brain, and the many ways to keep it functioning well. As an added bonus, I’m sleeping better because of the skills I learned in it, too.

This course sounds much more practical and exciting than it is. In fact, the majority of the content explores a body of research in a limited amount of topics, using specific terminology that will not be clear to the average person. It doesn't necessarily equip you with new insightful ways of biohacking your daily life; instead, it digs deeper into the processes of sleeping, sports, and eating.

No superó mis expectativas, el lenguaje científico utilizado no es entendible para mí y no pude poner en practica toda la información, gracias.

This is not free as you can not mark the course as complete after any of the assignments. Stupid and also a trap to make you pay just to finish the course!!!!!!
