You will learn different types of compliance, including legal and safety compliance, and its role in operational policies. You will also explore the role Human Resources has in organizational restructuring. The course was helpful, but the typos in the written material & transcripts of the videos (including the quizzes, assignments, and graded exams) were incredibly distracting and sometimes contradictory to what the presenter was saying in the video.

Overall, this is a great course for beginners like me. I learnt a lot; however, there are a few trainers who speak way to fast and it does get difficult to pace up and then end up reading the transcript, which is a great help
