Quite a bland course with a lot of academic theories and tangent deliveries that aren't business or personal development-related. The quizzes are nothing more than memorizing or identifying textbook terms and definitions most of the time rather than case studies or practical applications. Feels more like an intro 101 college course.

This course unfortunately fell short of my expectations. While the title suggests a focus on improving communication skills, particularly within a business context, the initial modules felt more akin to a Social Psychology 101 course. My primary objective was to enhance my presentation skills and learn effective communication strategies within a professional setting. However, the connection between the course content and business applications was often unclear or insufficiently emphasized. I also found the professor's narration to be unengaging. The delivery lacked enthusiasm and made it difficult to stay focused throughout the lectures. I have not yet completed the course but I am struggling through to do so. Recommendation: I would advise prospective learners to carefully consider their learning goals before enrolling in this course. If your primary focus is on improving business communication skills, you may find this course to be a less suitable fit for your needs.

This course just wastes u time. Meaningless and unuseful. They just tell you some common phrase that u can take from Wikipedia.

Course is worthless.
