This is actually a great Introductory course, nothing more, nothing less. That's something I loved about it.

Interesting historical info on what motivated the creation of React and React Native. Extremely difficult to get the labs to function so that code could be written at all. Complete lie that it would walk you through setting up a mobile development environment.
