Andrew's focus on imparting the intuition and going through some of the math has been a significant step forward for me. This is not my first online course but the most remarkable given the focus on some of the math/theory/intuition.

This course is really really helpful as I learnt the basics of Machine Learning in much easy way and practicing the algorithm by my own. and Now Looking forward to learn something more interesting from the one and only Sir Andrew NJ.

Andrew is such as great teacher. I've taken a few different machine learning courses but never had one explained this clear for some of the fundamental theory and math behind it while also go as deep as this course at the same time.

The course was fantastic. Cleared all my doubts about Machine Learning implementation. Now I stand much confident regarding the concepts and coding exercises, including the inner workings of any classification or regression problems.

This will surely help me in near future to create and develop many more such models. Coursera is a well-known and reputable online learning platform that offers a wide range of machine learning courses taught by experts in the field.

Well-designed course and the concepts are to the point. The instructor was very knowledgeable. Most important of all, the instructor is encouraging. The sample codes are very helpful. However, the content is very short, only 3 weeks.

Really good course design! Andrew Ng gradually builds intuition, follows up by the mathematical details and shows practical tipps for applying the concepts to your own use cases. An absolute pleasure to learn about machine learning!

Having taken a similar statistics course at university, I found the course quite easy to understand from a conceptual point of view. The real benefit came with seeing the first principles implementations of these concepts in python.

A great update to an already brilliant course. This is where all aspiring data scientists need to start. Even practitioners will gain something from using this course to revise concepts forgotten due to the use of pre-made packages.

Words fall short. Complex concepts explained in simpler terms and then articulated in domain specific terms. Interactive Labs don't let feel overwhelmed. Prior Knowledge/exp of various graphs( e^x , logx , 1/e^x ), really helps.

This is my first course about machine learning and after finishing it, I have decided to complete all the specialization courses and become ML expert. This is the best course I have ever attended, and Andres is the best Instructor.

a very interesting course. however, I have one comment. the programming assignments are done with a forloop. Please change it to a vectorized version (for logistic regression - for programming assignment about logistic regression)
