Disorganized. Errors in instruction that should be removed/resolved. I was able to follow the steps, but the course lacks the "why" in helping you understand the decisions/steps. In addition, the virtual terminal used had many issues, disconnected, lost progress, and doesn't allow copy/paste. If you try to view training on one screen and use your own Google Ads dashboard in another (not their virtual terminal), the video stops each time you click off the screen. I would not recommend this course.

Very frustrating experience. This is a very outdated course in terms of the screenshots and the videos so can't relate to what you are seeing in the video and on the updated version of Google Ads. This needs to be updated to reflect the changes in Google Ads. I wasn't able to launch the lab with Side-by-side viewing as recommended for small screens. Google Ads cannot be reached so it whilst trying different options such as Incognito mode, clearing cache etc.

Este curso me parece muy interesante pero lastimosamente no lo deja continuar a uno en la pantalla de trabajo, he probado dos cursos e igual pasa, llega un tiempo que la pantalla se bloquea y no deja avanzar junto con el video, además la pantalla del video explicativo no es igual a la pantalla de trabajo, deberían ser mas serios si ofrecen mini cursos gratis para que por lo menos se pueda finalizar, o aclarar que tienen que ser pagados.

This is out of date, so it's difficult to follow along with the steps being shown in the video. Plus there's very little explanation about what the different settings are used for and why, so it's not providing much insight. I understand this is a beginners course, but I could have just watched a video tutorial on youtube if I just wanted step-by-step instructions.

Nothing works so don't bother. The workspace doesn't load so there is no follow along actively its a sit and watch the videos thing. What does load is no longer matching the outdated video so even if it did work it wouldn't be the same. Its a waste of time, you're better off just going to google skillshop and getting certified through Google itself.

This course is bugged out. On no device have I been able to load the course material. Different browsers also did nothing. Therefore this is useless. One can't seem to be able to unenroll from this course as well, so you will have to look at an uncompleted course, you will never be able to complete.

The project is not functional. Help desk has not resolved the issue despite reaching out 2 months ago. FaceBook categorizes the use of Rhyme as spam or suspicious activity and restricted my account. This course needs to be deleted entirely and then reestablished.

I will not complete this course , please cancel enrollment. I will not enter my Credit Card just to complete this course. The monthly payments are enough. Also people have complained that they didn't get their money back after completing this course. Do Better!!

Couldn't even get past step 1 because the video is outdated and google ads makes you pay $50 for ad account set up. I called google customer service and used the chat bot to try and get them to wave the fee since I just want my certification but they couldn't.

the google cloud or whatever the name is of the half screen where im supposed to do my project freezes and doesn't work. I haven't been able to do my part of the course, how can I even finish it? I have reported it several times and nobody helps me

required temporary payment after enrolling in a free course which is too much even for a student like $400 which will no doubt be refunded to me but as a student in learning where should I get such a huge amount in the first place kindly tell me.

The content in this course is outdated, and no longer reflects how Google Ad campaigns are created. I was unable to complete the course because the new Google Ad Campaign creation interface is so different from what is shown in this course.

This course was created over 2 years ago. Many of the campaign settings taught in the course are no longer relevant to Google Ads in 2022. Please update the course. I also had issues understanding the instructor's accent.

Dear sirs, I am currently unable to finish this course because of an issue already reported. At a given point in the course, the software screen shows a message "Aw Snap!" and that is how far I can go on this course.

My apologies But for the first time ever in Coursera, I found this kind of poor courses and instructors !!! which really make me frustrated to waste my time and my university gift in this course and I got ZERO KNOWLEDGE

Step by step instructions need to be updated as what is shown on the lab is not what we have on our side !! Even when you click help, everybody on the blog have the same issue for months !!!! Who will look into this ?

Just had a worst experience with this specific course. After enrolling for this so called "guided project" there is nothing but blank page with "loading" term displayed on it. I couldn't access the course at all.

the course is outdated, the current google ads website is nothing like the one portrayed in the videos of this course which makes it very difficult to follow along leaving me with no choice but to leave the course.

The basic technology doesn't work. The video and interactive functions just immediately shut off. The instructor, Ishita Sinha is no where to be found. This is my 2nd Cousera course - what a disappointment.

Was super excited to get this course done for resume purposes. Unfortunately, I was unable to follow along because these videos are so outdated compared to the options given on my screen. Disappointed.

Honestly I wish I read all the reviews before I enrolled, but I just trusted the rating. It's impossible to access this course, literally the material won't show up, it just says loading. Unbelievable

I can't unenroll. I want to unenroll but there is no option to do so, even though I have not paid for anything. I don't want this in progress project network to be on My Courses page.

It seems to be outdated. I wasn't able to follow the initial setup for creating ads as I had no expert settings and my page looked completely different to what is shown in the video.

The guided project's instruction video didn't play . I tried refreshing the page & logging in from a different device still it didnt play.Had to learn google ads by myself
