A good non-technical into... is there a more formal taxonomy of the subdisciplines of AI? I feel as if I learned a lot but could not explain how expert systems, ML, etc. relate to each other.

My hands-on experience with building algorithms to optimize media dates two years back. This is a nice refresher to understand the scope of A.I., but also the endless opportunities it brings.
