I greatly appreciate the opportunity to take this course. I learned a lot and have a better understanding of Covid 19, testing, tracing and the impact on society. I appreciated the highlighting of the communications skills in working with the public!

This course was of extreme importance since I want to start a new job opportunity doing this function: it taught the essence of the job and covered much of what and how to do it’s processes. This will be absolutely necessary to accomplish the tasks.

Although the test was very easy, it ought to be so. Because a vast majority of contact tracers need to be produced in a short time. Moreover, most of the important points were covered. Thank you very much for your effort and this nightmare ends soon.

COVID-19 Contact Tracing instructed/facilitated by Emily Gurley, PhD was awesome. I found it very informative on introducing effective ways to reduce the transmission of Corona Virus as well as keep our families, communities, and work places safe.

I learned a lot but, confused a few items related to Reflecting and paraphrasing, use of certain technology and responses to build rapport. I was pleased with the pace and the entire course. I truly enjoyed it and hope to work as a contact tracer.

I found this course interesting, if a bit dry in some places. The information given was clear & concise. I now have a decent basic understanding of Contact Tracing, why it is important, and what to do if I should have to implement this at my school.

The material covered is the most important material I've had to research in quite some time. I have school-aged children and I qualify as high-risk due to having high-blood pressure. This is essential in protecting my family, co-workers, and myself.
