I really enjoy this course . I learn most important information about computers commands ,networking,diff hardware ,troubleshooting problem how to solve and fix them and many more.

I liked the videos that have been presented. I think it was the right amount of material as an introduction to IT Tech Support. I look forward to what the other modules have to say.

This course is informative for a novice in the IT world. I am hoping to move forward and use this course as a building block to becoming fundamentally sound as an IT rep and beyond.

This has taught me quite a bit and I feel as if I am building a relationship with the teachers themselves.

They break everything down but don't go too fast so I can still take notes.

Feels like there was not much to learn here, but seeing as it is the introduction course for a beginners certificate, I suppose it is a necessary step for someone with no knowledge.

Amazing very informative, from a person who knew nothing of IT to getting very comfortable and confident about the next courses, I would say this is very helpful a new way to learn.

I like this course and i recommended to anyone pretty amazing course but i don't like using Wikipedia for reading materials if its upload from google professionals i like to read it

It's a very good fundamentals course. Through this course you can have the big picture of the IT role. If you have no experience with IT support, this is a very good place to start.

It was packed with information at a pace that I felt was comfortable. I have a little background that helped, but I believe anyone can succeed in this course if it is their desire.
