It is repetitive if you've been in the workplace for several years, but it does reinforce a good foundation. I highly recommend taking the time to do it.

Very good and learned a lot of information in a short amount of time. The hands on labs were good and presented a lot of good knowledge for the IT field.

Was able to complete Technical Support Fundamentals two weeks earlier than expected. Courses are set up in a way that makes it very hard for you to fail.
